TRANSPARENCY PORTAL

Our transparency portal is a platform where we publish all the information we receive from public bodies. The main objective of the platform is to guarantee free access to all.

The intention is to favour citizen participation by providing institutional information and achieving a better definition of public policies. This portal, however, must meet a series of requirements stipulated in the Transparency Law: Spanish Law 19/2013, of 9 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance (LTBG).

Implementing a transparency portal is essential to guaranteeing direct communication and trust. At ATEVAL, we are concerned to improve transparency, and this is why our website provides a space where viewers can find all the data we have on projects carried out to date.

CODE OF ETHICS AND GOOD PRACTICES

On May 13, 2020, the General Meeting of ATEVAL modified its Statutes to adapt the organization to current concerns. Cognizant of our responsibility as a representative organization for our industry, we decided to implement a Code of Ethics and Good Practices.

This document contains all the principles and rules that must be fulfilled in our interventions and operations. To this end, we took into account the proposals of the Government Commission and the Executive Committee to the General Assembly of the Association.

Our main objective at ATEVAL is to reinforce control measures being implemented in current management and organization models and establish principles that guarantee the activities and operations in accordance with Law.

Similarly, we included ethical principles, modernizing objectives and functional procedures systematized at a general level by recent regulatory proposals of a business and/or institutional nature, both nationally (Olivencia and Aldama Codes) and European (White Paper on Governance).

ETHICAL OBJECTIVES

Through this code of ethics and good practices, we intend to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our interventions in defence of economic competitiveness, social cohesion and the role of civil society in the Region of Valencia.

Therefore, this Code of Ethics and Good Practices of ATEVAL serves as a guide for the actions and performance of all businessmen and professionals linked to our association.

Therefore, at ATEVAL we trust that the Code of Ethics will contribute to improved functioning and greater rigour and transparency in all relations, both internally and externally.
